In order to use the shopping cart, you must have javascript and cookies enabled, and a reasonably up-to-date browser. If you can't get the shopping cart to work (either from here or the main website), you may submit your order using our Secure Order Form (if you take this option you MUST type in the items you want to order). Please use the shopping cart system if possible.

We accept Credit Cards!

All orders are valid for 30 days unless you specify otherwise or cancel. We will contact you for authorization when we are ready to ship any item more than 30 days from the order date or when shipping back orders. All orders must be paid in advance except University and Trade orders from within the United States (see below). See our FAQ (frequently asked questions) for more detail on payment options. Prices are subject to change.

Ordering Methods: You may order by email, using our secure Shopping Cart (either directly or using the Order graphic under the price), by letter, or fax. The best time to call for phone orders is 9-4 Pacific Time Monday through Friday and 9-2 on Saturday, but don’t hesitate to call after these times or on Sunday as we are often available. Leave a message, if necessary, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Backorders: While we strive to keep stock levels high, not every item is always available. We will contact you if any items are out of stock and give you the option of a partial shipment (recommended for large orders). Shipping charges apply to each shipment.

Sales Tax: Nevada residents, please add sales tax based on your county of residence (6.85 - 8.1 percent). Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the tax based on your zip code.

University and Trade Orders: We accept purchase orders from university libraries, music departments, and bookstores in the United States. Purchase orders may be sent by mail, fax, or email file attachment. Credit card orders are also accepted. Shipping: Postal Service charge based on weight and location plus $2.00 for packing and handling plus insurance if over $100 value.

Shipping Information   Our shipping options are:

•      Media Mail (bookrate) to the United States: $4.95 for the first item. Add $.50 for each additional item. Shipping on orders with 8 or more items or items marked as heavy in the catalog, may be computed at the USPS shipping cost plus a $2.00 handling charge at our discretion. Shipping time is about 4-7 days to California and 6-10 days to the East Coast. About five percent of orders take longer, occasionally as much as four weeks. Please select Priority Mail if you are in a hurry or have a deadline. Hawaii and Alaska orders require Priority Mail. Very light orders such light weight sheet music or one or two CDs will be shipped by First Class Mail at the rate computed for Media Mail.
•      Priority Mail to the United States (2-3 days): For orders paid by credit card, Postal Service cost plus $2.00 for handling and packing materials. For orders paid by check please request the shipping charges from us first. Other shipping methods such as UPS or FedEx are available at cost plus $2.00.
•      Overseas orders are especially welcome. For shipping charges on overseas orders and Canada, please use our shopping cart to compute estimated shipping, if possible. You may also contact by us by email and we will inform you of the cost. We are not responsible for any taxes and duties that may be collected in the country of destination.
•     NOTE: Any additional shipping charges on orders that are not the result of our error are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded for shipiments that are returned because they could not be delivered due to an error the customer made in the address and shipments that are not collected by the customer for any reason including refusal to pay any taxes and duties.

Warranty/Refund Policy: We will correct any shipping errors brought to our attention within 30 days of shipping. Books and CDs which are in new condition may be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days of shipping for a full refund. CDs which are defective may be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days of shipping for a replacement or refund at our discretion (we are not responsible for CD cases). No other warranty is expressed or implied. Please contact us before returning anything from outside the United States.

Insurance Claims: If your insured shipment is lost or damaged you must complete and sign a simple form that we will send you so we can file the insurance claim. This is required for you to be reimbursed or have the items replaced at no charge.

Privacy Policy: We will not share any personal information you provide us with any third party except as necessary to process credit card transactions and ship your order. Our shopping cart application uses cookies to pass the items you order from page to page. Your personal and credit card information are NOT stored in a cookie. Cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
