We recommend you shop directly from the main pages of our website where you can browse, order and check out. However, this page provides another option for those that want to view a more concise (but generally much longer) listing of what we have for sale. To use this method click on any of the categories displayed in the menu above to start. You may review your order at any time while you are shopping and before you checkout by clicking on the START CHECKOUT menu entry. We will let you know about any items that are not in stock before we process your order. Please contact us if you have questions.
Your shopping cart can hold a maximum of 16 different products per order. If you need to order more, submit additional orders and make a comment in each order that it is part of a larger order and we will adjust shipping costs and insurance.
Most of our orders in the US are sent by US Postal Service Media Mail (book rate) or Priority Mail. If an order placed using Media Mail is light enough we will send it by First Class Mail instead. We suggest insurance on orders above $100.00. The shopping cart will compute an estimated shipping and insurance cost for you. If the actual shipping will be more (which is very rare), we will contact you prior to processing your order. See full details below.
We also compute estimated shipping on international orders to most countries. Shipping may often be less than shown and in a few cases more. If shipping is more (very rare) or has not been computed, we will inform you of the shipping charges prior to processing your order. Insurance can be computed by the shopping cart but is not available for all countries.

We accept Purchase Orders from Universities in the United States.
All orders are valid for 30 days unless you specify otherwise or cancel.
We will contact you for authorization when we are ready to ship any item more than 30 days
from the order date or when shipping back orders. All orders must be paid in advance except
University and Trade orders from
within the United States (see below). See our FAQ

Ordering Methods: You may order by email, using our secure Shopping Cart (either directly or using the Order graphic under the price), by letter, or fax. The best time to call for phone orders is 9-4 Pacific Time Monday through Friday and 9-2 on Saturday, but donít hesitate to call after these times or on Sunday as we are often available. Leave a message, if necessary, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Backorders: While we strive to keep stock levels high, not every item is always available. We will contact you if any items are out of stock and give you the option of a partial shipment (recommended for large orders). Shipping charges apply to each shipment.
Sales Tax: Nevada residents, please add sales tax based on your county of residence (6.85 - 8.1 percent). Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the tax based on your zip code.
University and Trade Orders: We accept purchase orders from university
libraries, music departments, and bookstores in the United States. Purchase
orders may be sent by mail, fax, or email file attachment. Credit card
orders are also accepted. Shipping: Postal Service charge based on weight
and location plus $2.00 for packing and handling plus insurance if over

Warranty/Refund Policy: We will correct any shipping errors brought to our attention within 30 days of shipping. Books and CDs which are in new condition may be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days of shipping for a full refund. CDs which are defective may be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days of shipping for a replacement or refund at our discretion (we are not responsible for CD cases). No other warranty is expressed or implied. Please contact us before returning anything from outside the United States.
Insurance Claims: If your insured shipment is lost or damaged you must complete and sign a simple form that we will send you so we can file the insurance claim. This is required for you to be reimbursed or have the items replaced at no charge.
